Power. Mobility. Control.
If you’re missing even one, your game suffers.
We analyze and improve your game in 3 phases
-
Our Level 1 TPI screen assesses the Body-Swing Connection. We look at how your body and swing are impacting each other and discuss the potential problems this can have on your consistency.
We evaluate:
Mobility
Stability
Strength
Swing related movement patterns
-
Here we take the information from the Body Swing Connection and improve your body’s ability to move like a golfer. We focus on mobility and control in this phase and address any areas that result in pain.
Your program will include:
Targeted mobility work
Balancing Rotational Trunk Muscles
Selective Soft Tissue Therapy
Injury and Pain Management Strategies
Swing Supportive Movement Training
-
After your body is moving well, we complete the Level 2 TPI screen. Here we assess Power! We look at your lower body, core and upper body strength and develop a plan to train power.
The result, faster club head speed and… DISTANCE!
